We’ve created this retreat to help you reset, recharge, and refocus, with expert-led sessions designed to support your well-being from the inside out. Whether you’re looking to build strength, find balance, or simply take a break from the busyness of life, this experience is for you!

Ticket Options, Pricing & Important Information:

To secure your space for the Fall Retreat 2025, a non-refundable deposit of $172.50 ($150 + HST) is payable today. 

🔹 Double Occupancy Room: $750 + HST per person

If purchasing the double occupancy option, you MUST have your roommate in mind. 

Please list your roommate in the Notes section when purchasing your ticket.

🔹 Single Room Upgrade: $850 + HST (limited availability)

We have the capacity to accommodate a limited number of single room requests which require an additional small fee. These will be accommodated upon a first come/first served basis as in previous years.

We are really proud to continue to offer a payment plan for this retreat weekend and the details are listed below.  

PAYMENT PLAN OPTION:

If you would like to avail of a payment plan for this retreat, we are offering the following by EMT only:

1 July 2025 - $345.00 ($300.00 + HST) // Single Room $402.50 ($350.00 + HST)

1 August 2025 - $345.00 ($300.00 + HST) // Single Room $402.50 ($350.00 + HST)

CANCELLATION POLICY

We thank you in advance for acknowledging and familiarizing yourself with this policy prior to reserving your space for the 2025 Retreat. We recognize that sometimes life happens and unexpected things come up. However, most expenses for these retreats are already incurred before the weekend even begins. 

The $150 deposit is non-refundable. Full refund of any further payments will be granted should you cancel 90 days or more prior to the retreat. Cancellations within 60 days of the retreat may qualify for a refund (less deposit) if the space can be filled. Any cancellations/requests for refunds made within a month of the retreat will not be considered nor discussed. Additionally, individuals are strongly encouraged to seek their own travel insurance for any unexpected interruptions to travel plans.
