We’ve created this retreat to help you reset, recharge, and refocus, with expert-led sessions designed to support your well-being from the inside out. Whether you’re looking to build strength, find balance, or simply take a break from the busyness of life, this experience is for you!

Ticket Options, Pricing & Important Information:

To secure your space for the Fall Retreat 2025, a non-refundable deposit of $172.50 ($150 + HST) is payable today. 

🔹 Double Occupancy Room: $750 + HST per person

If purchasing the double occupancy option, you MUST have your roommate in mind. 

Please list your roommate in the Notes section when purchasing your ticket.

🔹 Single Room Upgrade: $850 + HST (limited availability)

We have the capacity to accommodate a limited number of single room requests which require an additional small fee. These will be accommodated upon a first come/first served basis as in previous years.

We are really proud to continue to offer a payment plan for this retreat weekend and the details are listed below.  

PAYMENT PLAN OPTION:

If you would like to avail of a payment plan for this retreat, we are offering the following by EMT only:

1 July 2025 - $345.00 ($300.00 + HST) // Single Room $402.50 ($350.00 + HST)

1 August 2025 - $345.00 ($300.00 + HST) // Single Room $402.50 ($350.00 + HST)

CANCELLATION POLICY

Thank you for taking the time to review and understand our cancellation policy before reserving your spot for this retreat. We recognize that life can be unpredictable, and while we strive to be as accommodating as possible, many of the retreat costs are committed well in advance of the event.

Please note the following:

• A $150 deposit is required to reserve your space. This deposit is non-refundable.

• Any payment milestones made toward your retreat balance are also non-refundable.

• Should you choose to cancel at any point, you will not be obligated to make any future payments.

• If you cancel after making one or more payments, we will do our best to fill your spot. If successful, we may be able to issue a partial refund (less the non-refundable deposit), though this is not guaranteed.

• Cancellations made within 30 days of the retreat are final. No refunds will be issued and requests will not be considered or discussed.

• We strongly recommend that all participants purchase travel insurance to cover any unforeseen disruptions to your plans.
