Return Policy

Effective June 15, 2021 and retroactive to purchases made on June 10, 2021 onward, Whelan Wellness Merch accepts returns on unworn/unused products only with the exception of items marked as final sale in the product description. We reserve the right to refuse a return if the product shows signs of wear, is dirty, or any other reason that would prevent us from reselling the item. This decision will be made at our warehouse upon return, not by the staff at Arthur James.


Returns can be made through the mail or by dropping it off in person to Arthur James Clothing Company, Newfoundland Drive.  If the order was shipped to you, it must be returned to Arthur James or mailed within 10 days of your order being delivered. If the product was purchased for local pickup, it must be returned or mailed within 10 days of us sending the ready-for-pickup email. Please ensure that the email you use to make your purchase is accurate and that you’re checking your junk mail to ensure that you see any communication in a timely manner. Please do not mail returns to Arthur James. It will not be received/accepted.


For returns in-person at Arthur James:

  • Email merch@whelanwellness.ca with your name, order number, whether you’d like an exchange or refund, and what product (including size, colour, and fit) you’d like to exchange for (if applicable).
  • We'll drop off the replacement item(s) to Arthur James if you were looking for an exchange. You'll get a ready-for-pickup email when it's there.
  • Return your product to Arthur James on Newfoundland Drive and pickup your replacement item(s) if applicable.
  • Please allow up to 5 business days after dropping off the return for us to start processing the refund. Note that refunds typically take 3-5 business days to show up in your account after being issued.

For returns through the mail:

  • Email merch@whelanwellness.ca with your name, order number, what item you’d like to return, and how you’d like to proceed (exchange/refund).
  • We’ll reply to your email with instructions for where to send the product.
  • Once received, we'll mail your replacement item(s) or issue a refund as requested.
  • Please note that you as the customer are responsible to pay for return shipping.

 

Returned items will be evaluated to ensure new condition before refund is processed. Once delivered to our returns warehouse, please allow 5 business days for your refund to be processed.
