Springwood Outdoor Discovery Camp

Join us this summer for Camp For The Well Of It! Get ready for the nostalgic summer camp memories as a kid but now we're combining them with our 4 pillars of wellness. Camp out under the stars or in Springwood's shared bunkhouse, enjoy a good sweat with Gill, soak up a fireside mental health session with Dr. Edison, and so much more - all while making memories to last a lifetime. Leave everything to us! Book your ticket and we'll take everything from there. No stress, just fun and memories.

Accommodations

Accommodations will be sorted upon arrival at the camp! There are a few different options which include a Top Bunk, Bottom Bunk and an Overflow Cot/Tent option. Overflow ticketholders will have the choice of an outdoor tent or an indoor cot and can choose/change at the event. Tents will be provided but you can bring your own if you'd like to. Bunks are single beds in a shared space (20 bunks total). They all have a mattress pad.

• 2 nights accommodations
• All meals and snacks
• 2 workouts with Gill
• Live Tea Time
• Mental health session with Dr. Shannon Edison
• All activities including the use of paddleboards, canoes, kayaks, pedal boats, ropes course, climbing wall, ziplining, etc.
